AROUND THE WORLD 2024

Buffalo to Dublin, Ireland

We flew to JFK, NY, and then headed to different planes due to the challenges of booking on points.  Deb was the lucky one with a big upgrade - Delta One! Munroe headed to Terminal One to pick up his Air France flight (Premium Economy)to Paris with a connection on to Dublin.  His plane left around 4:15pm while Deb's direct flight to Dublin left around 9pm.  Deb's upgrade included access to a gorgeous huge airport lounge with spa and actual restaurant, followed by an easy flight with a seat that folded out flat.  Bypassed meals, movies and slept the whole way.

Woke up to wonderful views of Ireland, first the west coast, then a patchwork of farms, and finally the  sandy shoreline of the east coast in bright sunshine.
